IVROP Project SERVE Vets

The Imperial Country Workforce Development Board provides for the employment and training needs of veterans through the Project SERVE Vets program.  Project SERVE Vets enables veterans to improve their socio-economic situation and quality of life through vocational training programs and linkage to employers and additional resources.

IVROP Youth Program-
Project TOY serves WIA eligible youth between the ages of 14-21 with an in-school program and a summer program.  Case management, work experience, work readiness, leadership, educational, occupational, counseling, and supportive services are provided to eligible youth.  Funds for this program come from Federal WIA regular allocation and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding as well.

Welcome Back Center-
The Welcome Back Program was developed to help internationally trained health professionals residing in California, who often are not working in healthcare or underemployed in the healcare arena, by providing them with career counseling and educational programs and at the same time meet the need to provide linguistically and culturally competent health care in underserved communities.
